When our customers upload content to Nira, such as 3D models, photos or point clouds, we process any personal data in that content on the customer’s behalf. The customer’s own privacy policy applies to that data, and requests about it should go to the customer.

- To provide the Nira platform and your account (necessary for our contract with you or your organization).

Who We Share It With

We may also disclose personal data when the law requires it, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal data.

Nira is based in the United States. Your personal data is processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate.
